Guest scientists and students
Mariam Siala, Master assistant at Sfax University in Tunisia, stayed five weeks during autumn in 2015 to caracterize human Mycobacterium bovis strains.
Milena Dumanoir, student in M1 Biologie-Santé, realized a training period of three months during spring 2015 on the mechanisms of resistance of leishmania.
Myriam Harrabi, tunisian PhD student, worked with us during three months at the end of 2014 in population genetics on Leishmania major and tropica strains.
Sokleaph Cheng, engineer in the Pasteur Institute of Cambodia, stayed one month in october 2014 in order to learn the spoligotyping technique for Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains caracterization .
Barthélémy Ngoubangoye, veterinary at the CIRMF in Gabon, worked during two months in autumn 2014 on the caracterization of Staphylococcus aureus strains by spa-typing.
Past PhD students
Jorian Prudhomme, thesis defended in december 2015: "Sandflies and ecosystems: impact of biotic and abiotic factors on the populations genetic and phenotypic structure".
